Food & Drinks:

We do have Biryani Hut joining us with their Indian cuisine and a few canned goods. Other than that, we don’t have food trucks lined up for this event.

Bring your food and drinks – NO Glass Bottles/Containers please! Coolers are allowed.

Set Up & Tear Down:

Set up is between 10 am and 12 pm. We open our gates to the public at 12 pm. We regularly have early bird shoppers, so get your payment systems started early on.

Tear down happens at 6 pm. You are free to leave then. (Corporate Vendors and Rummage Sellers are allowed to leave sooner, if needed. Get with the Coordinator before tearing down your booth to get a safe route to leave.)

Parking to unload/load will be along the side of the Show Barn Pavilion next to the rodeo arena. If we can remain parked there, we will. Otherwise, you’ll park in the overflow area on the other side of the property. You’ll be directed as needed at check-in. If this happens, unload your vehicles and go park your vehicle where directed BEFORE you set up your space. Please do not just park anywhere you see you can. We have to be mindful of the other events happening.

The Central Parking area is reserved for attendees for all 3 events. Do not park there.

Fashion Trailers:

You will be instructed where to park your trailers at check-in. It is preferred that you unhook from your vehicles. You’ll be instructed to do otherwise at check-in if room allows.

We’ll have plenty of room, so our layout will be relaxed for March 16th. 10×10 Show Barn booths will be larger. So, if you want to bring extra stuff to spill out some, you’re more than welcome to do so! Have fun with your booths! Just remember we have 2 hours to set up.

Quick Rules:

  • No staking in the ground
  • Tarps for floor covering are allowed, just make sure they aren’t a trip hazard.
  • No glass containers
  • No driving under the pavilion
  • Dollys and carts are allowed
  • No pets, unless they’re service dogs
  • No knives, unloaded weapons or ammunition (see policy)
  • No alcohol
  • No pornography, intimate items, etc.
  • Keep everything G rates, clean and organized
  • Bring trash bags, clean up your booth area before you leave
  • Don’t leave trailers, vehicles or any items behind – you risk losing your property to the venue and/or fines.

Other than these few additional rules and the policy, you should be good to go! If anything pops up before or during the event, you’ll be notified at check-in and during the event.

It’s going to be a fun market day and we’re excited to be at the Waller County Fairgrounds this year! Cool stuff is happening for all of you and your businesses! See you on Saturday!
