Vendor 3 Day Money Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

We want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase at Texas Trade Days.

  • If you have technical or sales inquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • If after you attempted to resolve issues and feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not the best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.

Our policy offers vendors a full refund and account closure within 3 days of their vendor account activation. I’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

KM Parker Enterprises LLC and our payment processor will submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. More details can be found via at Customer refund processing time.

Online Vendor Policy & Agreement – Section 17: Refunds

REFUND POLICY: Vendor refunds are only issued when vendor notifies Texas Trade Days according to the online market refund policy. No refunds for failure to abide by the online market refund policy, and default of this Vendor Policy and Agreement. “Roll-overs” to other markets and credits are not provided to vendors for online markets. Vendors are not entitled to a prorated price if they choose to register, renew or discontinue their booths in the middle of each month, nor will they receive a refund of difference in price if they register or renew prior to any sales on booths offered by Texas Trade Days. Chargeback claims for vendor’s failure to use services provided by Texas Trade Days may result in claim disputes and other remedies as provided by law, in addition to the permanent removal of the vendor from all markets and the inability to conduct any business with KM Parker Enterprises LLC in the future.

Customer Refunds and Exchanges

Each vendor has their own refund policy separate from Texas Trade Days that is listed in each product listing description. Customers should read each listing carefully before making a purchase through a vendor. In the event a refund and/or exchange is needed, customers should contact the vendor directly for assistance. Texas Trade Days is not responsible for the business operations of its vendors.
